Often women in abusive relationships will turn on loud music to cover the sounds of abuse in their home. It’s tough to hear, but it has lead to an idea that will hopefully save lives. “Alexa, play loud music” becomes a covert call for help, sending an urgent message to a trusted friend who can interrupt and check in.

It stays secret on purpose. No PR push, no headlines, no media splash, just word of mouth passed quietly to the people who need it most.
